Marketing Coordinator/CRM Specialist

The Nelson Group of Companies is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Salesforce CRM specialist to join our team! This position will develop and execute a multi-channel (digital & traditional) marketing strategy across several business units, including Nelson Homes, Nelson Lumber, and Winterburn Truss, while simultaneously administering the company’s CRM system. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Periodic travel to various Nelson and customer locations within Canada will be required.

Responsibilities Include:

-Develop, execute, and report on all marketing initiatives implemented.

-Marketing budget (digital & traditional) creation and analysis.

-Create and manage google ads, social media ads, website content, SEO initiatives, and email marketing campaigns.

-Administer the company’s CRM system (Salesforce), and provide ongoing CRM training to employees.

-Provide senior management with monthly sales reports and campaign results using Salesforce analytics.

-Collaborate with independent creatives and marketing agencies to develop impactful digital content.

-Manage the Nelson website to ensure all content is kept current.

-Achieve established targets with Nelson's Social Media channels.

-Increase the volume of incoming Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL).

-Achieve established targets with Cost per Lead generation(C/L).

-Achieve established targets with various Returns on Marketing Investments (ROMIs).

Daily Tasks:

-Social content collection, development, and distribution.

-Media buying on Instagram and Facebook.

-Google Ad creation, reporting, and keyword analysis.

-Content creation using Adobe Creative Suite Applications.

-Website updating, blog posting, and email newsletter creation.

-Salesforce training and system administration.

-Google Ad Management

-Google My Business Management

-Executing traditional marketing activities, including tradeshow implementation, radio ad facilitation, and marketing collateral development.

-Conducting and processing Iguide video tours.

-Drone operation around various Nelson and customer locations.

Minimum Requirements:

-Post-secondary degree in Business Analytics or Marketing.

-5 years in a professional digital marketing or CRM specialist role.

-3 years of Media Buying

-3 years of professional graphic design & photography experience.

-3 years of Salesforce CRM administration experience. Certified Administrator certification is preferred.

-Google Ad Certification
