Nelson Homes, located in Lloydminster, Alberta, has an opening for an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be someone who is very personable, self-motivated, highly organized, have a valid driver’s license and is fluent in Microsoft Excel.

The position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

-Answering phones

-Greeting customers

-Maintaining office records

-Emailing clients

-Data entry

-Filing

-Invoicing

-Ordering office supplies

-Meeting minutes

The duties outlined for this position are specific to the Lloydminster Homes Division Office Administrator which reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Compensation will be reflective of the successful applicant’s skills and abilities and will be negotiated once the individual is selected.
