Job Description

We are seeking skilled and dedicated WALL PANELS, ROOF/FLOOR TRUSS BUILDERS to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our construction crew, you will play a key role in fabricating and assembling wall panels, roof trusses, and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects.

  • Panel and Truss Fabrication
  • Material Preparation
  • Assembly and Installation
  • Reading Blueprints
  • Quality Control
  • Collaboration with construction team members
  • Safety Compliance

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Wall Panels, Roof/Floor Truss Builder or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of woodworking machinery. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other construction professionals.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in panel and truss assembly.
  • Safety Conscious: Committed to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety protocols.
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to meet project deadlines.
