Location: High River, Alberta
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
Nelson Homes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in High River, Alberta. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting our Sales Team and Dealer Network by facilitating seamless communication and coordination throughout the home building process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Representatives and Dealers with home order paperwork and quoting
  • Coordinate order details between the Sales and Construction teams
  • Support customers, Dealers, and Sales Representatives throughout the entire sales process
  • Provide pricing for standard home plans and material packages
  • Show and price pre-built spec homes
  • Collaborate with clients to develop custom home plans
  • Assist with product and color selections for spec homes
  • Participate in client walk-throughs during the construction phase
  • Keep clients and the sales team informed of construction progress and key milestones
  • Contribute to all aspects of customer service to ensure a positive home buying experience

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Personable, outgoing, self-motivated, and dependable with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Solid background in construction, specifically wood-frame residential and light commercial builds
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; willingness to travel as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:
Compensation will be determined based on experience.
