🔨 What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and supervise RTM home builds using Buildertrend
  
• Ensure projects meet CSA standards and client expectations
  
• Oversee safety, quality, and materials on site
  
• Lead trades and maintain a clean, efficient construction site
  

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Prior site supervision experience
  
• Project management skills
  
• Knowledge of building/energy codes
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to read blueprints
  
• Valid driver’s license (travel required)
